The property is made available to you from 8 a.m. on Friday through Sunday at 11 a.m.

The Water's Edge property includes a banquet hall that seats up to 170 guests, an outdoor pavilion (boathouse) that seats up to 90 guests, and an open air pavilion that offers a wonderful location for dancing or additional dining. There is also a gorgeous two-bedroom log house (sleeps up to 7) available to the bride and groom and their immediate family, an arbor, and outdoor wedding gazebo all situated on two lakes on 20 beautifully landscaped acres. Water features include two fountains and a waterfall, which invite serenity and relaxation to all who take part in the weekend festivities.
Items included in the weekend wedding package are as follows: 250 outdoor folding chairs (stored at the outdoor wedding gazebo site), 170 white folding chairs (stored in the banquet hall), 90 burgundy colored plastic bistro chairs (located in the screened pavilion - boathouse), 11 rod iron patio arm chairs (stored at the wisteria covered arbor), 20 - round tables, 14 - 8 foot banquet tables, and 1 - 6 foot banquet table.
